      ANSYS Composite PrepPost(ACP)是集成于ANSYS Workbench环境的全新的复合材料前/后处理模块,可以与ANSYS其他模块实现数据的无缝连接,该模块在处理层压复合材料结构方面具有强大的功能。

ANSYS Composite PrepPost empowers you to efficiently model the most complex composite structures and, at the same time, fully understand the potential failure of product models. Working in a low-risk virtual environment, you subject your product designs to simple physical stresses and compute progressive damage, delamination and cracking.

Efficient Engineering of Layered Composite structures.

Composite materials are formed from the combination of two or more layered materials, each having very different properties. Composite materials have become a standard for manufacturing products that are both light and strong. Additionally, composites provide enough flexibility so that products with complex shapes, such as boat hulls or surfboards, can be manufactured.

Modeling the Composite Stackings and Orientations.

ANSYS Composite PrepPost software provides all the necessary functionality for the analysis of layered composite structures. An intuitive interface efficiently defines materials, plies and stacking sequences. Materials can be accurately oriented on the structures using very flexible tools based on coordinate systems definitions.

Understanding the Product's Performance.

ANSYS Composite PrepPost software offers a wide choice of state-of-the-art failure criteria, along with post-processing capabilities to allow an in-depth investigation of product behavior. The results for the structure can be looked at globally, or viewed in detail down to the layer level, which enables users to identify accurately reasons a structure could potentially fail. Design iterations can easily be performed to take into account geometric changes or material variations.

Toward Manufacturing.

Useful for the analysis of an end product, the draping capabilities of ANSYS Composite PrepPost software allow users to correctly identify the exact orientation of every layer of the composite. A flat-wrap capability and the ability to create ply books help in product manufacturing.
